TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Horseback riders must weigh 240 pounds or less.
Horseback riders must be five years old or older. No double riders are allowed.
Horseback riders must wear slick soled shoes.
Day packs and backpacks are not allowed while riding. Your saddle will have saddle bags for carrying your items on the trail.
Deposits are required to confirm reservations of all services. In case of cancellation 30 days or more prior to a hunt, deposits can be transferred to another hunter to take your place, or applied to a hunt the following year. There will be no refunds of deposits except if you are unsuccessful in drawing a permit. Deposits are payable in cash, Travelers Checks, money orders, or personal checks.
Payments for elk, bighorn and mule deer will be made as follows:
$1,000.00 due within 14 days of successfully drawing a tag or landowner permit, and the remaining balance due 14 days or more prior to arrival for your hunt payable by personal check, cash, Travelers Checks, or money orders.
For pack trips, drop camps, bear and cougar hunts:
The $1,000.00 deposit is not required. The remaining balance is due 14 days or more prior to arrival for your hunt payable by personal check, cash, Travelers Checks, or money orders. Balances for trail rides, chuckwagon dinners and carriage/wagon services will be due upon arrival, payable in cash, Travelers Checks, or money orders only. Forest Service Fee is already included.
State tax of 6.25% will be added to the fee for all services conducted through Bear Creek Adventures LC.
There will be no refunds on account of adverse weather, illness, injury or other termination of the trip.
All hunters under the age of 18 must have completed an approved Hunter Education Course.

Bear Creek Adventures LC will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal gear.
We recommend that hunters that live at low elevations arrive at least two days in advance of the hunt to allow time to get used to the altitude.
Bear Creek Adventures LC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
